"I started at Butlin's Minehead in September 2022 as a bars team member, straight away I was welcomed by everyone and felt part of the team, I started off as a team member and worked my way up the ladder. Training and opportunities to develop and learn were obvious straight away, during my time as a team member my leaders always took time out to train and develop me and were always there for any questions I had, after 6 months I was promoted to Duty Manager where my training continued, during my time at Butlin's I have been on many courses including gaining my first aid qualification. Butlin's is a fun place to work where everyone is looked after and treated as part of a team."
