What I do at Butlin's
I am responsible for assisting with recruiting and retaining talented individuals for one of the UK's most beloved brands in the leisure and tourism industry.

Who am I?
I began working as a Contact Centre Advisor at Butlins in 2020, just as the lockdown started. Despite the challenges of the pandemic, Butlins supported me in maintaining my role, and I progressed to become a Team Leader in the Contact Centre. I worked as a Team Leader for four years before transitioning to my current position as a Resourcing Advisor.
