REDCOATS
Redcoats are the beating heart of Butlin’s, and their role is to entertain families and help create our famous fun-fuelled atmosphere. From singing and dancing to presenting and DJing, our beloved Redcoats have a variety of different skills and talents. You really need to stand out from the crowd in this role! So, we look for high-spirited and fun-loving entertaining individuals to join our team!
Our Redcoats are full time team members and have many opportunities as this is a varied role, so their daily tasks may include, but are not limited to:
- Performing in character shows and events as an animator (skin) or as a live host/actor/dancer
- Talent spots – you can showcase your talents in some of our venues with your very own set!
- Performing in shows with external brands and celebrities
- Venue hosting and DJ’ing
- Gameshows
- Party dances
- Hosting a range of interactive activities
- Supporting stage content
- Interacting with our guests day to day and creating memories performing street theatre
We have our very own Redcoat Academy where we go through workshop-based coaching in different entertainment disciplines across the year. Plenty of opportunity to develop your skills!
